Description
This automaticH-beam steel productionline consists of a CNC cutting machine, H-beam automatic assembly machine,H-beam gantry automatic welding machine or double column-beam automatic weldingmachine, H-beam flange straightening machine, H-beam shot-blasting machine andmore. During production, the workpiece can be overturned andtransported by crane. The whole production line comes with merits of agility and theproduction efficiency can be improved by adding ancillary equipment on different productionsteps.
Construction
This automatic H-beam steel production line is composed ofthe Trinity welding machine, autoassembling machine, cantileverautomatic welding machine, steelmoving machine and overturning machine. Given below are introductions on its main parts.
YZ Type H-beam Assembling Machine
TheH-beam assembly machine of the H-beam steel production line adopts a PLC Program and automatic control on clamping H beam and point welding. It is fast and efficient.
It has the automatic hydraulic elevating stock stop andcan automatically control clamping H beam and point welding. It is easily operated and of high quality.

YZC Cantilever Automatic Welding Machine
