Description
The XL automatic assembling machine is part of our steel structure assemblingequipment and is designed for vertical assembling. It has a higher degree ofautomation than traditional assembling machines. While in operation, there isnot need to adjust the size and the hydraulic tightening, positioning clampingand spot welding can be done in one step. Our XL automatic assembling machinegreatly improves production efficiency.

Features
1. XL automatic assembling machine is designedwith a two-way automatic centering device, saving the operator from manualadjustment.
2. The host machine is manufactured with a fender and web automatic hydraulicclamping structure which keeps the web from oscillating.
3. The two automatic CO2 spot welding heads are symmetrical. The welding gunworks in a pneumatic manner. It features guide wheel tracking and high spotwelding quality.
4. The XL automatic assembling machine is designed with an imported frequencyconverter and logic controller for a master control system. Advanced stackvalve is used as a control valve for the hydraulic system.

Application
The XL automatic assembling machine is used for assembling H beam or T beam ofuniform section and variable cross section.
