Usage Instructions on the Multifunctional Knife Sharpener
1. When the multifunctional knife sharpener is used for sharpening a knife, please take the following steps:
(1) Place the knife on a solid flat surface with the cutting edge facing up. One hand holds the sharpener and the other hand holds the knife. Please make sure your four fingers, except the thumb, are in the finger guard.
(2) Straddle the knife’s cutting edge; place the V-shaped grinding notch on the blade, and drag the sharpener through the blade using a slightly downward pressure.

2. The multifunctional knife sharpener is ideal for sharpening scissors and shears.
(1) Hold the shears with a very slight downward pressure and drag the sharpener through the blade’s heel to the point.

3. Repeat the above actions 2-3 times until your knives and shears are sharp again. More repetitions are required for very dull blades.

4. After sharpening, clean the knife or scissor with water or wiper, and dry them after use. Clean the multifunctional knife sharpener or shear sharpener using a banister brush.

Caution
1. This knife sharpener is not suitable for sharpening serrated blades.
2. To avoid damaging the knife, sharpen the knife slightly and don’t sharpen back and forth.
3. Put the multifunctional knife sharpener and/or knife beyond the reach of children.
