1. The processing capacity is available from 60to 1500 tons per day.
2. It is also applicable to similar fruits, like pear.
3. Belt press with unique drainage system is adopted for high extracting efficiency and yield.
4. It adopts Schneider PLC and Mitsubishi transducer. Most of the electricalcomponents are imported from famous Japanese brands.
5. This apple processing line adopts low temperature vacuum concentration,which keeps the original flavor and nutrition of the apple and reduces theenergy consumption.
6. Tube type sterilization and aseptic filling are adopted.
7. CIP auto cleaning system is adopted.
8. All the components that may be in contact with the materials are made of 304 stainless steel. It is in conformity with GMPstandards.
9. A complete set of R.O. water treatment system can be available as required.
