The anti rust primer is generally used in base treatment, with the purpose of rust prevention. It mainly includes iron oxide red anticorrosive primer, epoxy anti rust primer, red lead anticorrosive primer, and alkyd rust-inhibiting primer.

8. The anti-corrosive priming coat can be adopted for all ferrous materials for spraying and steeping. Containing no nitrate or nitrite, it can form hydrophobic film on the metal surfaces.

Applications
The anti rust primer can be used as long acting rust preventive priming paint for ship building, gas tank, oil tank, bridges, and steel tower, etc., as well as the antirust paint for galvanized parts. In the heavy machinery plant, the priming coat functions as shop primer in the steel pretreatment line process. Also, the anti rust primer can be utilized as the coating on the zinc rich primer for corrosion resistance of containers, harbor machinery, a variety of steel structures, concrete, among others.

Instructions
1. As the anti rust primer has a high content of zinc powder, it is recommended to fully mix component A mechanically before adding the component B.
2. In case of dry spray under high temperature, add a thinner to the antirust primer for adjustment.
3. As zinc salt is likely to form on the surface of the zinc rich primer, thoroughly cleanse the zinc salt before recoating to ensure adhesion between layers of paint film.
