2. The machine uses a processing method that the aluminum profiles are fixed ina position while the cutter is movable. This allows for machining formultiple-quantity, multi-batches of long profiles.
3. Our aluminum profile tenon milling machine has sixpcs of cutters which can be assembled according tocustomers demands. Two of the six cutters can be adjusted at 180 degrees.Meanwhile, we can also customize the special thickness cutters to satisfycustomers tenon milling requirements.
4. The cutter feeding system is driven by a variable frequency motor. Hence,the tenon milling machine is provided with adjustablecutter feeding speed, stable cutting performance, high precision machining, andgood material surface quality.
