Introductionof aluminum foil panel production line:
The aluminum foil panel production line is a kind ofspecialized equipment for producing laminated panels with the middle layer ofanti-combustion polyurethane or polyisocyanurate or phenolic polyfoam and withaluminum foil as the top and bottom face layers. The laminated panel is between20 and 30 mm in thickness, 1200mm in width, length determined by the customer.The panel is mainly used as the ventilation pipe for central air-conditioners.Different insulating panels with other soft facing layers could also beproduced on the line.
The operation principle of aluminum foil panel productionline is as follows: raw materials of rigid-foam plastic are delivered into the mixinghead through the metering pump on the injection machine and then injected ontothe bottom facing sheet going to conveyors along with the top superficialsheet. Between the upper and lower conveyors, the liquid materials are hardenedinto shape, after which the laminated sheet is edge-trimmed and, by anautomatic tracking cutting mechanism, cut into segments according to the presetlength.
The aluminum foil panel production line has already passedthe hi-and neo-tech product identification carried out by the Economic andTrade Commission of Jiangsu Province and Jiangsu Science and TechnologyDepartment, being evaluated as one of the first-batch high and new products ofJiangsu Province and listed as a National-Level New Product Project.
