Material

1. The top of the aluminum compositeboard is made from aluminum alloy sheet coated with fluoro-carbonresin (PVDF) and polyester resin (PE) roasting painting.
2. The core is made from non-toxic polyethylene or fireproof material.
3. The back is made fromaluminum alloy sheet coated with polyester resin painting.
4.  The surface finish of the aluminumcomposite board is PVDF / PE resin, brush finish, mirror finish, wooden faced, nano painting, etc.
5. The surface coating thickness is 30 um 70% KYNAR PVDF.
6. The aluminum alloy sheet thickness is 0.15mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm,0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.45mm, 0.50mm.

Quality

1. Under a natural climate the film coating willhave no flakes, rubbles, vestige or pulverization.
2. Under a common environment there will be no flake or rubbles.
3. Under common temperatures and radiation there will be no color difference.
4. According to the international test standard, all the tested items aresatisfied with high-class.
5. Our products with PVDF coating, produced under GB/T17748-1999, have 70%PVDF. Under a common environment, we can guarantee 15~20 years. For FR products, it is good atfireproof, and the FR grade is B1 (according to the standard Q B8624).
