Features
Air separation plant is designed based on advanced technologies including normal temperature molecular sieve absorption purification, turbo expander refrigeration, distributed control system, etc. Moreover, the distillation tower of the equipment is filled with structured packing and argon is extracted through rectification. The air purification system adopts an activated alumina-molecular sieve double-bed structure, lengthening the working life of molecular sieve. The upper tower of the fractionating tower is designed as packed tower which reduces the operating pressure of the upper and lower towers, increases the extraction rate and reduces energy consumption. Besides, argon production system adopts rectification technology which improves safe operation and saves investment and operating cost. Moreover, air separation plant is characterized by low pressure and energy consumption.
