Air Blast Sprayer

ORIOLE air blast sprayer is often used in combination with pickup cars, minivans, or agricultural vehicles to spray chemical herbicides and pesticides. This spraying equipment is widely used in pest control for protection forestry, economic forestry, green forestry and other forestry. Also, it can be used to quickly kill locust and conduct pest control in large open areas.

Configuration
This is a vehicle-mounted, detachable air blast sprayer.
It has complete distribution system, air blasting system, fogging system, air duct steering system and so on. ORIOLE air blast sprayer is directly installed in the compartments of pickup car, minivan or agricultural vehicles. It can be either remote controlled in or outside of the driving cab or manual controlled, and it can spray drugs in the driving process.

Advantages
ORIOLE air blast sprayers have such features as high spraying range and its created fog has good penetrability. They can be used to spray pesticides in the shelter forest, timber forest, greenbelts, as well as other places where there land transportation is convenient. ORIOLE air blast spraying equipment is also ideal for killing locust for corps.

Notes
1. When the electric generator of ORIOLE air blast sprayer is running, it is forbidden to add fuel to the oil tank.
2. The exhaust emitting from the sprayer generator contains harmful gas, like carbon monoxide. Thus, the air blast sprayer should be placed in well-ventilated places.
3. The spraying machine should be placed at least one meter away from the buildings and other equipment when its generator is in operation. And it should also be kept away from pets, children, flammable and explosive materials.
4. When the air blast sprayer is in operation, people are prohibited to stand within 1 meter of the machine. Do not get close to the air duct and outlet to avoid injuries.
5. The generator should have a good grounding. And it is prohibited to touch the generator with wet hands to avoid electric shock accident.
6. As the battery fluid contains sulfuric acid, the battery may generate oxygen which is explosive. Hence, during battery charging period, please make sure the air blast sprayer is placed in well ventilated places, and keep it away from flame. This can avoid injuries caused by burning.
7. Don’t use the battery during charging period. Stop charging when the battery temperature exceeds 45 degrees.
8. When the generator is in operation and hasn’t completely cooled down, it is prohibited to touch the muffler or the machine body to avoid being burnt due to high temperature.
9. Do not use ORIOLE air blast sprayer under high-voltage lines.
