Our welding rotator is made up of a diver rotator, an idlerotator, an electric control box and a remote control box. The diver rotatorhas two sets of movable rolling wheels and bases. The base, which has a boxstructure to protect the inside screw components, connects the two movabledriver rotators. By rotating the screw, the two sets of rolling wheels moveforwards or backwards at the same speed. Our rotators are connected to anelectric motor by worm gear speed reducers. The driver rotators provide smoothrotating power in order to ensure efficiency in the working process.
The electric control box is equipped with a digital displayscreen which accurately indicates the rotating speed of the rotator.
