Activated Ceramic Ball

ActivatedCeramic Ball

Theactivated ceramic ball is porous and characterized by good absorption anddispersion property, high catalytic activity, large specific surface area, etc.It can be used for drying of many types of gases and liquids. It can be used asabsorbents, drying agents, catalysts, and carriers during many reactions in thepetroleum, chemical fertilizer, and chemical industries.

Types
For the activated ceramic ball made using active alumina, there are and X-Passortments according to the inner main crystal phase. In accordance with theusage, our activated ceramic ball can be divided into active alumina absorbent, active alumina drying agent, and active alumina catalyst carrier.

The active alumina ceramic ball producedby PXZT has many advantages. It features high mechanical strength, goodabsorption capacity, long service life, is insoluble and wont produce powderwhile being used. Due to these advantages, it is well received by customers inindustries like H2O2 and oxygen preparing, chemicalfertilizer, petroleum chemical, oil refining, etc.

ZT-ACB ActivatedCeramic Ball
1. Characteristics
ZT-ACB activated ceramic ball is a novel type of catalyst supportingand covering material commonly used in reactors. It is developed andmanufactured on the basis of inert alumina ceramic ball by adding a certainamount of transition metal oxide. Our ZT-ACB activated ceramic ball has thefollowing common features of inert balls: good heat resistance, high mechanicalstrength, good filtration and dispersion property for gas and liquid, and canbe used for covering and supporting catalysts, etc. The activated balls alsocome with high catalyst activity, which make it an ideal choice of catalystpromoter in desulfurization and denitrificationprocesses, etc. During hydrofining, hydrocracking, reforming pre-hydrogenation and benzenehydrogenation process for distillates, if ZT-ACB activated ceramic ball isplaced above the catalyst layer in the reactor, it can induce the initialhydrogenation of mono-olefins or dienes in thesecondary processing of crude oil. In contrast, if the activated ceramic ballis placed at the bottom of catalyst layer, it functions to remove the mercaptan generated during reaction process. The productnot only helps reactors improve the space utilization rate, but effectivelyprevents catalyst from being poisoned and agglutinated, extending the servicelife of catalyst.
