We are a product of Zhejiang Road MaterialsCompany and Zhejiang Road Machinery Factory, and we are located in China. We primarily produce road construction equipment, roadmaintenance trucks, and bitumen plants. Of these, we specialize inmicro-surfacing machines, chip sealers, asphalt distributors, asphalt tanktrailers, heat preservation road maintenance trucks, and emulsion bitumenplants. Zhejiang products are used in road construction, road maintenance,asphalting, sanitation, etc. Our products are widely used in areas that concernmunicipal engineering, airports, bridges, tunnel construction, and maintenance.

To ensure our road machinery products use the latest technology, we haveestablished MOST (Ministry of Science and Technology). Furthermore, we gettechnology support from key universities, such as Zhejiang University, ZhejiangUniversity of Technology, and Chang\'an University. We have also establishedcooperative agreements with internationally renowned enterprises, includingAmerican phoenix. Therefore, our products, like chip sealers and asphaltdistributors, are produced with the best technology available. For example, ourintelligent asphalt distributor which is controlled by computer is applicableto a variety of types of asphalt. Our asphalt sprayer will precisely record theactual area of asphalt that has been sprayed with a computer, and is highlyprecise.

In order to provide our clients withquality micro-surfacing machines and road maintenance trucks, we haveestablished a complete quality management system. Strict quality control isimplemented in every procedure of our production. For instance, our companyimports key components for chip sealers, chip spreaders, and asphalt mixerplants from renowned suppliers, like Siemens and Schneider, and we strictlyenforce 6S management to improve the quality of these products. We have alsoestablished quality management procedures to ensure quality from everydepartment. For that reason, the qualification percentage of our products isover 90%.

Since we began, the Ministry of Transport of the P.R.C.has repeatedly spoken highly of our products. We were named as having the bestcustomer satisfaction for our field in China, and in 2007 and 2008, ourproducts were in the top 50 for the most advanced machinery in China. We alsohave over 10 of our own national technical patents. In 2002, we were approvedby CCMQS (China Certification Centre for Machine building Quality System) andCCC (China Compulsory Certification). In 2006, we received the ISO9001certification. Therefore, our road construction equipment and road maintenancetrucks are reliable and you can feel secure in using them.
