Introduction
APPA-250 AL-Plastic-AL blister packing machine is our new blister packing machine which incorporates imported technologies. It is able to carry out AL-PL, AL-AL and AL-PL-AL packing simultaneously.
Characteristics
1.Our AL-Plastic-AL blister packing machine adopts a new high-power conveying system. Compared to the gear conveying system, this conveying system uses chains to drive the main shaft. It is free of inaccuracies and noises that are made by the gear conveying system.
2. It employs an imported electrical control system and frequency conversion speed regulator.
3. It can also be configured using an optional nonconforming products detecting and rejecting device.
4. The whole AL-Plastic-AL blister packing machine is composed of two subsystems. Both subsystems are able to work independently.
5. Our AL-Plastic-AL blister packing machine uses a photoelectric control system
6. It has an automatic scrap recycling function and automatic feeding function for PVC, PTP, tropical blister foil and other packing materials.
