The tunnel transporter is mainly used for thetransport of lining segment, box culvert and other handling materials in thetunnel construction. The steering system adopts hydraulic steering, so that itcan achieve straight driving, splay steering, oblique traveling, swinging andcentral slewing. In addition, the vehicle makes use of the hydraulic suspensionsystem to ensure uniform carrying and synchronized movement of the wheelsduring working.
Our tunnel transporter is provided with the drive system, which comes with thepattern of engine - flexible coupling - drive pump - drive motor - endtransmission. What’s more, the braking system is equipped with the pneumaticservice brake that has the emergency brake function, and the mechanical parkingbrake that can be manually removed. When traveling with a full-load speed of15km/h at 10% longitudinal slope, the vehicle can realize safe braking.
