Material
1. Rubber wood: We adopted the rubber wood from Malaysia or Thailand. These wood features uniform color, clear texture and fine texture. Its rate of water content is about 11% which is meet the standard of GB/T3324.
2. Wood skin: The furniture is made of black walnut bark or birch bark. The thickness of the bark is more than 0.6mm.
3. Zesheng adopted the wooden plywood and high-density plywood. Its surface is flat and its thickness is even. The amount of free formaldehyde is released in 9mg-30mg/100g.
4. Paint: Zesheng hotel bedroom furniture is adopted with PU paint. It is not only high-hardness and scratch-resistance, but also not easy to fade.
5．Glue: White latex, hot sol, urine alcohol glue, etc.
