General
The rotary hot water sterilizer uses hot water to sterilize medicines using a spraying device. The superheated water sterilizer has a uniform heat distribution and a wide temperature range to control. The rotary device operates in different speeds and directions, and throughout the entire sterilization cycle, the water is heated or cooled by the heat exchanger and circulated through a sealed channel to avoid second contamination.

Applications
1. Sterilization of injection or infusion in large or small sizes.
2. Medicines that need to be suspended or undergo emulsion are maintained in a stable and uniform way with no crystallization, precipitation or layering.
3. Medicines that are thermal sensitive need to be sterilized in a short amount of time, and heat can penetrate into the medicine while in the rotary state.

Main Structure
The machine mainly consists of chamber, rotary device, door, insulation, and frame.

Chamber
The chamber is a round, horizontal structure with a design pressure of 0.35Mpa. It is designed and manufactured according to GB150 steel pressure vessel and relative China standards.
The chamber material is made of SUS 304 with reinforced ribs made of high quality steel.
The chamber's inner surface has a metal finish, and its smooth and easy to clean.
The chamber has a GMP validation joint.
The chamber also has safety valves for the protection against over-pressure.

Processing Equipment
An automatic welder is used to process the sterilizer vessel, ensuring weld quality.

Rotatory Device
Mainly consists of the driving device, rotatory device and fixing device.

Driving Device
Motor and speed-change gear box.

Rotatory Device
It consists of one large rackwheel and a fixing wheel. The large wheel is controlled by a driving device and turns in a stable manner, stops at any time, and can be controlled to within an inch with a push bottom.

Fixing Device
It is used to fix trays and medicines in the rotatory state.
